Today in the religious system we see that there are many paths being taught that supposedly would lead a person to salvation and then onwards into heaven. However we also see that the many religions often contradict one and other, and this just leads to utter confusion and leaves people ignorant of the truth. Now we must note that truth would always defend itself, and the truth that is contained in the Bible would defend itself on every theological position or stance that it takes. By this I mean regarding the full assurance of ones salvation, the right way to live and walk in regards to a godly life, and how to know the One and Only God in a living relationship. Now we ask the question when we come to the religious crossroads of life, which way do we go? Especially in a nation that worships many idols and religious systems. Now there are many roads in life and many people choose the road to take, this may be because of family, and because everybody else is doing the same thing, however for many when they travel this road when they try and reach their destination, they find that the path they chose was the wrong path. The only road that leads to the Almighty God and an eternity in heaven is the Crossroad, for this is the road that leads to a crucified Saviour. This is the road that leads to a resurrected Saviour and this is the road that leads to a returning Saviour. I just wander what religious road you are traveling on? There are many different Countries in this world and all would seem to follow a religion of their own, all would say that theirs was the one true religion. now we must always look at the theology behind any religion and see if we find the following things there for us, do we see any contradictions, do we have the assurance from God in our hearts that this is the truth, and is there any change in the person who follows a certain religion, via a transformed life. When a person accepts the Lord Jesus Christ into their hearts we see the regeneration or the new birth take place in that person, we see a changed life, we see a person who is now walking on the crossroad that leads to eternal life.
